Global Network Group holds an arbitration procedure in order to settle disputes between practitioner(s) and their client(s). The arbitration procedure includes the option to grant material or financial compensation for damage or disadvantage.
Disputes might arise between members of GNG Registers and their clients regarding services provided by the practitioner. When this happens the practitioner will often turn to us to help between this dispute. GNG might then hold an arbitration procedure.
The parties should decide upfront if the arbitration procedure applies or agree additionally on this afterward.
The costs will be charged to the parties.
This procedure is exclusively voluntarily available for disputes that arise between GNG Register pracitioners and their clients.
